Why we’re primarily private pay
Connected Therapy is a private-pay, out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. Because our services are not required to abide by external constraints, we can offer families:
> greater flexibility,
> increased involvement, and
> more individualized care.
Many health insurance plans offer some level of out-of-network coverage. You will need to contact your insurance provider directly to understand the specifics of your plan.
If your policy offers coverage for out-of-network services, we are happy to prepare a superbill free of charge for you, which you can submit for reimbursement.
Please note: Connected Therapy LLC does not negotiate claims with insurance companies. Learning your policy and submitting the superbill will be your sole responsibility.

> and more!
(*Travel fees may apply for service locations 15 miles or more from Connected Therapy LLC.)

For more extensive needs between sessions, fees will be assessed via conversation with caregiver and therapist.
Getting Started with OT Services:
Your child’s OT journey will begin with a parent/caregiver conversation by phone, which gives us a jump start on learning about your family and your concerns. If indicated, we may send assessment tools / questionnaires for you to complete before we meet in person. Next, we come to your home to meet you and your child – and play! During this session, we administer screening/assessment tools as indicated, carry out clinical observations, and experience your child’s developmental skills in action. We look at sensory patterns and preferences, executive functioning and social skills, communication, self-regulation capacity, and more. You can choose either of the services below:
Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Evaluation, $400
This service includes parent/caregiver intake, administration of one or more assessment tools, 90-minute in-person assessment, written report, and follow-up meeting to review assessment results, clinical impressions, and treatment plan. We welcome your questions, concerns, and input through every step of the process.
Occupational Therapy Screening, $200
This service includes parent/caregiver intake and 90-minute in-person assessment only. You will not receive a written report, but clinical findings and treatment plan will be reviewed via conversation with OT. As above, we welcome your questions, concerns, and input through every step of the process.
Our Commitment
We strive to provide personalized, efficient care that makes a positive difference in your child’s life. We are committed to understanding the needs of your child and family, problem-solving collaboratively to tackle challenges, and helping you gain the skills you need to continue supporting your child after services conclude.
