We want to know what’s happening in your family between sessions! Are you trying any new strategies? What’s working? What’s not? What’s improving? What’s getting worse? What new resources could you use, and what questions do you have? Your session fees cover a 15-minute weekly check-in, at a mutually agreeable time, or via text or email. For more extensive needs, you are welcome to schedule a parent-consultation session.
$135 per 1-hour session with weekly 15-minute check-in. Sessions are provided in your home or community, focusing on your child’s emerging skills and may include family/caregiver coaching, home modifications, sensory-based interventions, skill practice, and custom support tools. Travel fees may apply for locations 15+ miles from Connected Therapy.

Connected Therapy operates as a private-pay, out-of-network provider for all insurance companies. This model allows us to put your child’s needs first, without the limitations or external requirements imposed by insurance plans. Here’s why we believe this approach best serves families:
Private pay means we are not restricted by insurance company rules on session length, frequency, or treatment types. We can tailor therapy to your child’s unique needs and adjust as those needs evolve, ensuring care is always relevant and effective.
Your child’s treatment plan is developed based on clinical expertise and your family’s goals, not dictated by insurance guidelines or the need for a specific diagnosis. This allows for creative, holistic, and responsive care.
Without insurance-mandated requirements, we can involve parents and caregivers more deeply in the therapy process, fostering collaboration and lasting progress.
Many health insurance plans do offer some out-of-network benefits. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn about your specific coverage. If your plan allows, we’re happy to provide a superbill (detailed invoice) at no extra charge, which you can submit for possible reimbursement. Please note, however, that Connected Therapy does not negotiate claims with insurance companies; managing reimbursement is the responsibility of the client.
